This spacious apartment of approximately 80m² is located on the first floor and offers a direct view of Kwattaweg. It has its own private entrance and is especially suited for those who enjoy city life and the lively atmosphere that comes with it.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences. The open-plan kitchen connects directly to the living room, creating a large, cozy space. It features a large and a smaller bedroom, both equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The bathroom and toilet are located near the entrance.
The bedrooms can be closed off to ensure sufficient privacy. The covered balcony is spacious and offers plenty of comfort to enjoy the view of Kwattaweg. A separate laundry room has also been included!

Rates based on two guests: € 875,- per month | € 290,- per week.
Additional guest for € 30,- per week extra | 20% discount on bookings of 90 days or more.
A € 250,- euro deposit and € 25,- administrative costs will be added to the booking price. The deposit will be refunded according to our terms & conditions.
